To all Teen Guardian members:
As you might know, Toxicon has been incarcerated in Florida for allegedly killing a child whose newly awakened mutant powers went beyond her control.
You may have seen news reports about the “car-dome” in central Orlando that collapsed a few days ago. The death toll as of this writing is at 105, with more people being found all over central Orlando.
The child’s powers seem to have been magnetic in nature. She seemed to have pulled all metal to her to create the “car-dome”, in addition to pulling all metal from a specific building nearby. It is unknown how or why she created the dome.
Toxicon assessed the situation and did what was thought best with what he had available. The child could have caused more harm and more deaths, had she been allowed to continue.
We are letting you know that we are doing the utmost possible to keep Toxicon comfortable and within his human rights. He is in good spirits at the moment. There has been no attempts by the guards to cause him any harm or deny him his rights under the law. He is kept from the general prison population for his own safety due to both the accusations and his own condition.
We ask that if you wish to contact him, the best way would be either by email to this office, or by snail mail to the following address, due to his limits with using the phone.

We are sure he’d be happy to receive any letters or correspondence. We hope to try to release him over the next couple of weeks. Depending on if there is a trial, he may need to stay in Florida due to conditions of his bail. Further information about that will be forthcoming.
